Day 1 | Arrival Day
Welcome to Colorful Colorado!
Arrivals to Breckenridge: Variety of arrivals throughout the day
Appetizers & Welcome Dinner: 5:00-7:30pm
Evening Restorative Yoga Session: 8:30-9:30pm
Details: If you live in driving distance, you will meet us at our private mountain-side lodge in Breckenridge. If you and your crew are flying into Colorado, please fly in/out of Denver International Airport. From the airport, Pacha will help you book an easy round-trip ticket on either the Colorado Mountain Shuttle or Peak1 Express which will bring you directly to Breckenridge and drop you off at the house.
Wake up to breakfast, coffee, tea and morning Vinyasa yoga. Today we will rent bikes and bike down Vail pass. A shuttle will take us to the top of the pass and it's all downhill from there (on a paved bike path). We will stop for lunch at the base of Copper Mountain. This activity is not intended to be strenuous in order for participants to acclimate to the high altitude of Summit County and prepare for the hike on Saturday.
The bike ride will end in Breckenridge in the early afternoon. The remainder of the day is open for you to explore the local area and have dinner in small groups or on your own. Participants are welcome to return to the house to rest and relax or spend the night out on the town enjoying the local restaurants, bars and nightlife*. There is always an option to finish off the evening with a yoga session at the house!
*Pacha will provide transportation to and from town.
We will begin our day with a morning yoga session followed by a delicious breakfast spread. Today we will venture out to the quaint mountain town of Buena Vista, Colorado. We will stop for lunch and explore the town before heading to the nearby hot springs at the base of Mount Princeton in the Collegiate Range.
The evening will finish off with restorative yoga and mediation followed by a healthy home-cooked meal. Early to bed before our big hike the next day!
Today, we wake up bright and early to a big hearty breakfast and quick yoga stretch out to get us limber for the big hike ahead. After breakfast, Pacha will have a sandwich making station set up for everyone to make their lunches for the mountain. Make sure to pack plenty of water and high-energy snacks as well! A local guiding company will meet us at the base of Quandary Peak where we will begin our ascent to the top. The round trip distance of this hike is 7 miles with 3,500 feet of total elevation gain.
Once we return home from the hike we will clean-up and head out for our last night on the town together with dinner on Pacha. Return home to an optional restorative yoga session to get your muscles loose before bed.
Day 5 | Departure
Wake up to yoga and breakfast and last minute bonding! Sadly, today we have to say goodbye to our new group of adventurous lady friends. Make sure to swap numbers, social media info, addresses, etc in order to connect with each other for future adventures.
Previously booked shuttles will pick up participants at the house and bring them back to the Denver International Airport throughout the morning and early afternoon. Participants are encouraged to continue their experience in Colorado after the Pacha trip ends! If you need suggestions, please let our team know.
