PAYMENT & CANCELLATION POLICY:

Payment in full to reserve spot. 
If a participant needs to cancel, we can offer vouchers for a future Pacha trip.  
Should you need to cancel your adventure, we can offer trip vouchers at the following rates

  • Within 2 weeks: no voucher issued

  • 2-5 weeks out: 25% voucher

  • 5-10 weeks out: 50% voucher 

INCLEMENT WEATHER:

Our trips will run rain, snow or shine. If there is any serious weather that would be a detriment to the activities, we will consider rescheduling at a future date. 

If a trip gets cancelled due to inclement weather, your payment will be valid for a future Pacha adventure. 

SAFTEY

Our Pacha team takes safety and risk management very seriously. On every trip, our main trip leader is a certified Wilderness First Responder. All support leaders are certified in Wilderness First Aid. The staff carries a GPS navigator for communication.

Our team will carry an extensive first aid kit, however, we also recommend that individual bring personal first aid supplies. Please be transparent about medical conditions, allergies and potential issues that would compromise you or your group's safety.  

EXPERIENCE:

A Rated Hike: 12 or more miles and/or 3500 ft climb

B Rated Hike: 7 to 12 miles and/or 1500-3500 ft climb

C Rated Hike: 3 to 7 miles and/or 500-1500 ft climb

MEDICAL CONCERNS:

When you fill out your registration form, please inform the staff of any dietary restrictions, allergies or medical concerns and history that might impact your experience in the backcountry.
